We urge patience as new clinic and vaccine options are becoming available. We will work with you to ensure that all residents who want a covid vaccine will be able to have the vaccine when they are eligible. Currently eligible: adults age 55 and over, as well as educators and child care workers.
Want an appointment at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Hartford Health Care, Yale, etc? Start here.
Clinics are held at the Public Health Offices in Southbury, and at clinics throughout Woodbury, Oxford and Southbury.
Beginning Monday, 1/25, these clinics will be serving large numbers of people daily, right from your car. As with other clinics, appointments are a must.
Continue to practice social distancing. Wear a mask. Wash your hands. Getting the vaccine will help protect you from the virus, but maintaining these protective measures will still be necessary.
We have forms for the PDDH vaccine registration and consent forms you will need AFTER you make the appointment and BEFORE you go to the appointment. Call or stop by for no-contact pick up.
If we can help you in getting information, registering for VAMS or an appointment, please call us at (203) 263-2828. We are here to help.
We also have cloth face masks ( in a set of 5) and liquid hand soap ( in a set of 4) available for free for Woodbury residents. Call to reserve yours and make pick up arrangements.
